A Little Help...from CCHappyMom!

Hi! I am very excited to share a new project with you: “A Little Help… from CCHappyMom.”

Do you feel prepared? As a homeschool mom...Do you wonder if you are doing enough? Are you confused as to how to help your child prepare to apply to colleges? Do homeschoolers need to take the PSAT? Are you not sure if you can homeschool through Middle School or High School? What about math and foreign language and record keeping? Welcome to "A Little Help...by CCHappyMom!"

My goal in this new video series is to bless your family! I’m a retired CPA who never, ever thought I would homeschool my children…and yet 20+ years later… I can see how different choices that we made have blessed MY kids and our family!  

I am hoping that you can learn from our experiences: We homeschooled 3 very different children using so many different programs: My Father’s World, A Beka, Saxon Math, Classical Conversations, co-ops, online classes, community college, and even some public school experience, to name a few!

I’ve been through 3 college application seasons, the college years, and one “adult” job search…

I’ve seen how what we did when my children were young prepared them for this next stage of life! I LOVE so many of the things we did… and my kids have given their honest feedback about how each program that we did impacted them!

Avoid my mistakes!! I’ll reveal my biggest 3… hindsight is 20/20 and kids’ feedback is very enlightening… I’m very thankful that my kids feel comfortable sharing!  God has blessed us with good relationships, and I’ll share some of my favorite books that impacted our parenting…which may give you some fresh ideas for your family!
